Shipping Methods and Rates:
Thank you for shopping with Be Exotik. We strive to ensure your order is processed and shipped promptly. Please find below our shipping methods and rates for orders shipped within the United States.

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Orders pleased before 12 pm CST (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12 pm CST or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Methods:

Free Shipping (Up to 5 Business Days):

    • Free shipping is available on all orders.
    • Delivery typically takes up to 5 business days once shipped.
    • This option does not include tracking.

Ground Shipping ($7, Up 7 Business Days):

    • Available for orders under $100.
    • Delivery typically takes up to 7 business days once shipped.
    • Including tracking information.

2 Days Shipping ($30, Up to 2 Business Days):

    • Available for order of any value.
    • Delivery within 2 business days once shipped.
    • Including tracking information.

International Shipping

Key Information:
We now ship to most international countries, including, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Peru, Honduras, Venezuela, Argentina, Spain, Uruguay, Australia, France, New Zealand, Italy, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
We currently only ship orders to the countries listed above.
International Delivery:
Depending on your location, delivery times may vary. you can check estimated shipping times during checkout.
Delivery times may take up to 7- 14 business days
Customs and Duties:
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country’s regulations.

Additional Information:

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • Free returns are offered only to customers within the United States.

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier directly.

Be Exotik does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

Signature On Delivery:
For added security, certain orders may require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your package is received by you or an authorized recipient, reducing the risk of theft or lost parcels.
